Charles International Law (CIL) strives to offer its clients up-front pricing. Legal issues are inherently stressful; uncertainty about whether you can afford your lawyer doesn’t help.
The following fee schedule is provided to help you plan. Schedule a consultation for a more precise estimate of your case’s requirements.
*Please note that, unless stated otherwise, the fees listed below do not include filing fees charged by the government agencies adjudicating your case. CIL has no control over those fees. You will be responsible for paying filing fees in addition to the fees CIL charges for its services.
General Immigration Services
Prices listed in this section are for stand-alone services; packages are available for multi-step immigration processes.
Application for Employment Authorization Document

Includes completion of the I-765 Application for Employment Authorization with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service.
Application for Refugee Travel Document or Advanced Parole

Includes completion of the I-131, Application for Travel Document
Naturalization (i.e. “Citizenship”) Application

Includes completion of the N400 Application for Naturalization with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service and assistance at the applicant’s naturalization interview.
Adjustment of Status (i.e. “Green Card”) Application
$2,500
Includes completion of the I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service. Also includes filing a legal briefing summarizing your eligibility for lawful permanent residence.
Employment-Based Immigration Services
Employment-Based Immigration Petition

Includes completing the I-140 Immigrant Petition for Alien Workers with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service and filing a legal briefing with thorough research into your career and the market conditions of your industry.
Employment-Based Immigration Petition, Application for a National Interest Waiver, and Adjustment of Status.

Includes completing the I-140 Immigrant Petition for Alien Workers and ETA-9089 application for a national interest waiver with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service. Includes filing a legal briefing with thorough research into your career, the market conditions of your industry, and the national interests of your proposed endeavor. Also includes completion of the I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status and any applicable consular processing with the U.S. State Deparment.
Permanent Labor Certification

Includes completion of the ETA-9089 Application for Permanent Employment Certification with the U.S. Department of Labor and assistance in drafting the job description to comply with applicable regulations.

K-1 (i.e. “Fiance”) Visa

Includes completion of the I-129F Petition for Alien Fiancé(e) and filing of a legal briefing outlining your eligibility for a fiancé visa.
Please note that the complexity, urgency, and severity of some legal issues preclude Charles International Law from offering a fixed fee. In those instances, CIL offers its clients a traditional, hourly rate which may vary.
